That was me the first time I went through the mortgage process. I was lost, confused, and drowning in acronyms. It felt like everyone else had a secret manual I never got. That experience stuck with me, and now, my mission is to make sure no one else feels that way.

I’m Chance, a mortgage broker in Southwest Louisiana, and I believe getting a home loan shouldn’t feel like decoding ancient texts.

With a background in computer science (yes, I used to write code) and a master’s in organizational leadership, I’ve always been wired for problem-solving and clear communication. When I moved into branding and marketing, I learned how to make complex ideas simple and engaging—something the mortgage world could use a lot more of.
